At cmercpay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a return, we are here to make the process as easy as possible.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving the item. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at servlink@oralyne.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

After receiving and processing your return request, we will send you a confirmation email with further instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are typically your responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

The actual time for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or card issuer, and could be delayed due to factors such as bank holidays, processing times, or policy updates.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer to inquire about their refund processing times.

We currently do not offer exchanges. For a different size or color, please place a new order.
