🔁 Return Eligibility

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.


📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email contact@ljcbetter.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The reason for return or exchange

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if approved.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping costs.

  • For other reasons (e.g., changed mind), customers are responsible for return shipping.


💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you need a different item or size, please contact us to check availability.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
